These terms apply when you use heythere.agency (the "site"), run by HeyThere (Pty) Ltd ("HeyThere", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is for
The site explains our GTM engineering services and offers free tools and guides. Engagements with clients are covered by a separate written agreement; nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept to form a contract.
Information, not advice
Guides, the scorecard, templates and examples are general information. Industry figures are labelled with their source and year and aren't our results. Examples use fictional companies. Use your own judgement, or ask us, before acting on anything.
Our content
The site's text, diagrams, templates and design belong to HeyThere or its licensors. You may read, share links to and print pages, and use downloaded templates inside your own business. Please don't republish or sell our content without written permission.
Using the site properly
Please don't misuse the forms (for example, submitting someone else's details or automated submissions), try to break or overload the site, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and tools we don't control, such as research publishers and Cal.com. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be excluded.
