Closed-lost deals: the pipeline already sitting in your CRM
9 min read Updated
GTM as a Service
We keep your scoring, data and signals current, or run the whole system for you.
Why systems drift
New wins, losses and segments arrive. A model nobody re-trains keeps ranking the market you had.
Contacts change jobs; companies hire, raise and switch tools. The list gets less true every week.
New reps join untrained, the routine slips, and the team goes back to building its own lists.
Outcomes
Once someone owns the system, the drift stops. Here's what your team can count on.
Re-trained and re-tested on your latest wins and losses every quarter.
Your TAM refreshed each quarter, so reps work accounts that still fit.
Broken workflows, syncs, enrichment and scoring runs get fixed, not left to pile up.
Reps and managers trained, adoption tracked in your CRM, and a written review each quarter.
The stages
Get your team selling from the system. We train reps and managers and check in every week.
When2 months, first
You run the system; we keep it current. Each quarter we re-train the scoring and refresh your TAM.
WhenOngoing
We run the system day to day, make sure your team uses it, and keep improving it.
WhenOngoing
After onboarding, choose Maintain or Fully managed. Switch up or down at the end of any quarter, with 30 days' notice.
Add-ons
Available once your system is live. Each is scoped and quoted on its own.
Reopen closed-lost deals worth a second look, and follow champions who've moved.
Clean up duplicates, stages and loss reasons, so the scoring learns from accurate data.
Hands-on: reading a lead brief, SPICED discovery and signal-timed outreach.
Included in both ongoing stages, or on its own if you run the system yourselves.
Questions
Each stage is quoted after the GTM Engineering or Launch Programme, or after a GTM Data Audit if your system was built elsewhere. It depends on your market, your team and how much running you want us to do.
Yes, after a GTM Data Audit or a paid takeover review. We assess and document the system first, so we both know what we're taking on.
Anything that stops working as built: a broken workflow, a failed integration or sync, an enrichment or scoring run that fails, or errors in the data. New builds, new segments and major changes are quoted separately, or move to the fully managed stage.
Your scoring re-trained on the latest wins and losses and re-tested, a refreshed TAM, which signals led to conversations, who uses the system, and what to change next quarter.
Onboarding takes the most: training for reps and managers, and a weekly check-in with your project lead. After that, mostly the quarterly review. We ask for one internal owner.
It works best when a team sells from the system every week, and you want someone accountable for adoption, not just uptime. If you have no system yet, start with the GTM Data Audit or the programme, or, if you're launching, the GTM Launch Programme.
You can, at any point. The system lives in your accounts, the tools are billed to you, and every change is documented, so a GTM hire or your RevOps team can pick it up.
