30 minutes · no pitch · or just a question

Book a 30-minute diagnosis or ask us anything

Tell us what you'd like help with. It could be a straight 30-minute read on your sales data, market headroom and signal gap with Marlon Dickerson, or a quick question. One form either way.

Sales teams we've built for

Step 1 of 2: you and your question

How can we help?

For example acme.co.za

A sentence or two is plenty: a diagnosis, a quote, a question, anything.

We'll reach out within one business day. A person reads every enquiry.

What happens after you send

  1. You get a short confirmation email straight away.
  2. Marlon Dickerson reads your message and your answers, if you gave any.
  3. We reach out within one business day: with an answer, or with a few times for your diagnosis.
  4. Pick the time that suits you and a calendar invite follows.

What happens on the diagnosis call

  1. 1Your situation: team, market, tools and the sales history you have, if any.
  2. 2What's not working: where time goes and where deals stall.
  3. 3What it's costing: in rep hours and missed timing.
  4. 4What it needs to be fixed by: any date driving this.
  5. 5Next steps: what we'd do first, and what you can do yourself.

Before you book

What does a HeyThere engagement cost?

Pricing generally starts from R20,000/month for an initial 3-month project (excl. VAT): Diagnose, Build and Hand over. Every engagement is quoted after a 30-minute diagnosis, because the scope depends on your data, your team and your market. Ongoing support after the project is optional and quoted separately.

We've only just raised. Is this for us?

Yes, if you sell B2B and you're about to launch or start selling properly. The GTM Launch Programme builds your first system from research, because you don't have years of sales history yet, then re-scores it once your first deals close.

How much of our time will it take?

It depends on the phase. Plan on about 4 hours a week from your project lead, and 4–8 hours a week across your team on average. Your salespeople give more time during onboarding and training, when they learn to work from the new system.

Is it a sales pitch?

No. It's a working session on your sales data, your market and your signal gap, and you leave with a clear next step either way.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps to think about your last 10 wins (or, if you're launching, the first customers you're aiming for), who owns your CRM, and any deadline that is driving this.
