Quotes

How quotes work

  1. A 30-minute diagnosis

We look at your team, your market and the sales history you have, if any.

  2. A written quote

Scoped to what we found, before any work starts.

  3. Week 1

Your project lead and ours agree the plan in one shared workspace.

Works best when you have a target to beat and someone who owns sales. With about three years of sales history we start from your data. If you've just raised or are launching, we start from research.

Questions

Cost, commitment and what you keep.

What does a HeyThere engagement cost?

Pricing generally starts from R20,000/month for an initial 3-month project (excl. VAT): Diagnose, Build and Hand over. Every engagement is quoted after a 30-minute diagnosis, because the scope depends on your data, your team and your market. Ongoing support after the project is optional and quoted separately.

We've only just raised. Is this for us?

Yes, if you sell B2B and you're about to launch or start selling properly. The GTM Launch Programme builds your first system from research, because you don't have years of sales history yet, then re-scores it once your first deals close.

Do we have to continue after the initial project?

No. Ongoing support is optional and agreed after the project, once you've seen the system working. Everything built during the project is yours either way.

Can we change the level of support later?

Yes. After onboarding you choose Maintain or Managed, and you can switch up or down at the end of any quarter with 30 days' notice.

What if we stop working with you?

You keep everything. The system is built in your own accounts and documented in a Handover Pack, so nothing is locked to HeyThere after handover.

What do the tools cost on top?

Tools run on your own accounts and are billed to you, so they stay yours after handover. We look at the tools you already pay for during the diagnosis.
